About me
Andrew is an education consultant who has partnered with MACCAP Consulting to make a lasting impact in Title I schools, marginalized communities, and with parents whose voices often go unheard. His work is a passionate call to break down barriers and create opportunities for every student to succeed.
Andrew believes every student has the potential to be a champion, and he works tirelessly to help them realize their potential. By supporting principals, coaching teachers, and inspiring students, he is helping to transform Title I schools into thriving learning communities where success is limitless.
In addition to his work in schools, Andrew is the author of A Champion Within and Forever A Champion, two impactful books designed to guide male students of color. These books help them with setting goals, creating a personal mission and vision, and motivating them to rewrite their narratives. His work empowers young men to break free from limiting expectations and embrace their true potential. His powerful insights inspire audiences at state and national conferences to rethink traditional models and embrace innovative, transformative strategies.
He is passionate about providing platforms for marginalized students who attend Title I and Alternative schools to rewrite their narratives and emerge as champions in their own right. As a former Title I Student, Federal program director, and School Improvement specialist servant leader, Andrew has significantly contributed to education in various school districts, including the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice schools. He also works with MACCAP Consulting, supporting schools, students, and parents in their educational journey. He guides schools in unlocking the full potential of every student.
Andrew's core belief is creating opportunities for all students to excel drives his work, embodying a commitment to equity, inclusion, and empowerment within the educational landscape.
Andrew is helping rewrite the narrative of marginalized students, one school, one student, and one community at a time.
