About me
I’m a 26 year educator. I have worked with Safe Schools and Mission Schools for fifteen of those years of service. I’m a Speech Communication/ ELA/ and Psychology Educator. I received my certifications with Mindful Schools in 2022 and The Engaged Mindfulness Institute in 2023. I am a CMT-P 300+ Facilitator. I also am the owner/operator of All About MMEE (Mindfulness Meditation Education Exploration) LLC. I train educators in MBSEL. I am a member of IMTA and serve on the board of directors for COSEM.
