In this interactive session you will explore the 8 dimensions of wellness - Emotional, Spiritual, Intellectual, Physical, Environmental, Financial, Occupational, Social. Complete a self-assessment to determine areas of strength and growth. Develop an action plan for growth to support your wellness goals! Each participant gets a chance to draw for a prize!
